We teach regularly at Basin Dream Center and TeenFlow, and will soon begin at Safe Place, Family Promise, and Springboard. This includes women’s professional clothing, interview-ready outfits, and essential work gear such as FR clothing and boots for eligible participants.
This program is designed to remove a common barrier to employment by ensuring individuals can present themselves with confidence and meet workplace requirements. Participants are able to select items that fit their needs, helping them prepare for job opportunities and transition into the workforce.

This mobile unit provides on-the-go employment resources, including job search assistance, professional resume writing, in-person mentorship, access to local resources, and a curated selection of professional clothing for women preparing for interviews or entering the workforce. Staffed by trained employment specialists and mentors, the trailer allows us to serve individuals where they are—both geographically and emotionally—by creating a safe, approachable environment that fosters dignity, confidence, and trust. The Transportation Assistance program, sponsored by the United Way, provides gas cards and transportation support to individuals actively participating in Prosperity Employment Outreach programs. This service is designed to remove one of the most common barriers to employment—reliable access to transportation.
Support is tied to engagement and progress within the program, helping participants attend workshops, mentoring sessions, interviews, and training opportunities. By reducing transportation challenges, individuals are better positioned to stay consistent, follow through on commitments, and move forward in their employment journey.
This program ensures that lack of transportation does not prevent individuals from accessing the resources, connections, and opportunities needed to achieve stability and long-term success.

The Integrated Counseling Referrals program, sponsored by Betenbough Homes, connects participants with access to professional counseling services as part of their employment journey. This program recognizes that barriers to employment often extend beyond job skills and can include trauma, stress, and personal challenges.
Through trusted referral partnerships, individuals are guided toward licensed counseling support while continuing to engage in employment readiness programs. This integrated approach allows participants to address underlying obstacles while building the confidence, stability, and focus needed to pursue and maintain employment.
By combining workforce development with access to counseling resources, Prosperity Employment Outreach supports the whole individual—strengthening long-term outcomes and creating a more sustainable path to employment and personal growth.
The Workplace ESL Program is a 12-week, job-focused English course designed to improve communication skills in real-world work environments. This program goes beyond basic language instruction by focusing on workplace vocabulary, safety terms, interview communication, and everyday interactions needed to succeed on the job.
Participants attend structured in-person classes along with guided at-home learning, allowing them to build confidence and consistency in their English skills. The curriculum is designed to support immediate application in the workplace, helping individuals better understand instructions, communicate with supervisors and coworkers, and navigate job opportunities.
By strengthening language skills tied directly to employment, the Workplace ESL Program increases access to better job opportunities, supports wage growth, and helps participants build long-term stability in the workforce. This program is sponsored by the Literacy Coalition of the Permian Basin.
The Barrier Removal Support Services program provides essential resources that help individuals overcome immediate challenges that can prevent progress toward employment. This includes hygiene kits, food assistance, and limited emergency support tied directly to employment readiness and program participation.
By addressing basic needs, participants are better able to focus on training, mentoring, and job opportunities. This support is designed to stabilize individuals during critical moments, allowing them to remain engaged and consistent in their path toward employment.
Food assistance within this program is made possible through the support of Affinity Steel, Midland Meat Company, Half Acre, and Energi Personnel.
